We have appreciated the donkeys being chosen to benefit at such a sad time. Our thoughts are with you all. We were touched to receive donations collected in Kyle's memory. These kind gestures of help and support will certainly aid us in our work. We care for over 6,600 donkeys on a daily basis on Sanctuary farms in the UK, Ireland and Europe and this will also enable us to give comfort and medical aid to others less fortunate through our international projects and partners. It's taken me a bit to write my final thoughts and come to grips with the reality that you are really gone. Kyle, you are so dearly missed! We first met at Clements when I started almost 3 years ago. You had started your time here just before I did. While I was your boss at work, we also became friends. As our trust in one another started to build, I got to know more about YOU! You loved golf, animals and nature. You were funny and sometimes sarcastic (which I loved). You were strong-willed and determined. You always lent an extra hand and you had character! One of the thing I admired most about you was your accountability and positivity towards your own personal growth. You never gave up and you always put up a fight. When I didn't hear from that day, my heart sank. You were always so responsive and you shared personal life stories with me so it wasn't like you. When we received the news of your passing our entire team felt a void to our little "family" that cannot be filled. We have mourned for you. We have prayed and continue to pray for your family, sister and niece (who you always talked about) and especially your mother. We have laughed and cried sharing memories and stories of your time here with us. But the hard truth is we have lost your physical presence here with us. We take comfort in knowing the memories, your bright and joyful spirit, and the things you have taught each of us will live on through everyone you have touched and impacted. I am truly sorry I could not make it "across the pond" to bid you one last farewell; however, I do think you were here with us all today as we gathered as your "US family" to remember you today. Kyle, we weren’t particularly close having just been a colleague, but to hear you’re no longer with us is heartbreaking. I never saw you without a smile, a ray of joy… You always had time for everyone and were happy to chat to anyone, making us all chuckle. Thank you for all the positivity, rest easy pal.

Kyle, we have so many memories of growing up together which I will forever cherish. You are gone but will never be forgotten by family and friends. Ciara, Simon, Morag and Eric you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love you cuz.

My big cousin Kyle. The memories we had growing up will always be with me , i always looked up to you and Ciara. Some of my best childhood memories were with you and i will always keep them with me .. I am thankful for the time we had with you , wish we could have seen you more often .. Kyle, we have such fond memories of you as a little boy growing up. We spent many holidays together and have fond memories of watching this adorable, curley blonde adventurous boy wandering through the tidal pools at Cape Vidal. Kyle was always hoping to find some exotic sea creature to keep as a pet. His love of animals started at a very early age. There was never a dull moment when you were around. After you moved to England we didn't get to spend time with you but saw how you matured into a fine young man. Anthea and Kayla often spoke of you and Ciara in England and always looked up to the 2 of you -their big cousins. Kyle we are so lucky to have such happy memories of you growing up and you will always have a special place in our hearts

Kyle, you lived your short life to the fullest. Reading all these messages just shows the man you were to so many people. You touched many lives. We are grateful for you having touched ours. Remembering you as a young child brings a smile to my face. You were busy, yes a wild child, always keen for a challenge. You were kind, always kind. Your visit back to SA in your twenties was a lovely time to share. A fine young man you became. As I write this message my thoughts and love goes out to Morag and Erich, Ciara and Simon, your SA family and your many many friends who are heart broken. Kyle was and always will be someone special. I feel so lucky to have had the privilege of working with him at Clements. You were such a kind person, one of the kindest people I ever met. You were so much more than just a colleague—you were a FRIEND, too! You were always so patient with your clients, going the extra mile to help them out. You were such a great listener, and you always had such a positive outlook, even when things weren't going well. Life has shown us again that it can be so hurtful, taking you away from us way too soon. Farewell, my dear friend. I feel so lucky to have known you! Kyle was a remarkable person who left a lasting impact on everyone he worked with. He was incredibly smart, funny, and well-spoken. Right from the moment I met him, he made me feel at ease with his warmth and humor. He was so patient and selfless, always going out of his way to help with any questions or challenges I faced. I looked forward to calling him every day and I deeply appreciated his kindness and support. Kyle never failed to brighten everyone's day, and his memory continues to inspire me. He was a brilliant, kind, and funny person. I miss him every day and I am so grateful to have known him. Thank you for everything, Kyle.

I met Kyle while working at Bupa. He was well regarded there. One of the brightest minds around. Kind. Considerate. Funny. Often known to throw in left field suggestions. And, more often than not, right. He had a sensitivity that was rare; he could spot BS a mile away. A fierce competitor; a soft soul. Kyle, you are missed. X

He really is such a special man. I never had such an infinity with anybody like I have Kyle. He was kind, strong, clever and smart. He made people feel safe and was always there to support and spear you on. He was a leader and very protective of all things good in life especially who he had love for. He touted for the underdogs and didn’t let people get hurt or bullied. We could just talk for ever and he never once made me feel uncomfortable. We laughed and cried together. If I can be half the man he was, I know I’ll make him proud. I always wanted to impress him and always looked up to him. From the first day we met he took me under his wing, like a brother I never had. He was there through my ups and down. He never judged me or anyone. He made you feel the best you could be. He also was so wise. When the chips were down he always had something helpful and meaningful to say. A real man who was truthful, brave and courageous. He is a hole in me that can not be filled or replaced. All I can do is endeavour to be more like him and make sure his memory and traits live on in me as much as I can. What a diamond. I will never forget all he was to me. I am very lucky to have felt what I did with Kyle. I true superhero. I’m going to miss him so much. I love you Kyle and will forever in time and out of time. I know our souls will meet again and our story will live on.
